On December 19, 214 I graduated from BYU Idaho! I did not feel like it was truly the end since I have a lot of studying to do for the NCLEX, as well as finishing my bachelors in nursing. It was still a good feeling to graduate the nursing program.
Here is my nursing group on the last day of class!
When you spend a year and a half with the same group of people you become really close! Its almost like high school where you go through a lot of the same experiences, but better!
My really awesome and supportive parents!
I am glad to also have the support of David's parents and his sister Suzy!
So lukcy to have this guy!
Some of my best nursing friends-Jen, Abbie and Ali. It will be so hard to leave them.
It is good to have friends going through the same thing as you, and to make it more fun! Love these girls!
On the big screen, about to get my name read. (On the left by one of our teachers)
Walking across the stage… without tripping!
Our teachers were so fun, this is one of my clinical instructors Brother Southam with Brother Butikofer being goofy in the back!
After the somewhat long ceremony, we were able to go out to dinner with David's parents, my parents and his sister Suzy. Of course everywhere was packed so we barely got in! We ate at The Hickery in town and were there until after they were supposed to be closed.
The next day my parents had to leave, but David's family stayed until Sunday. We showed them around town, played games and ate at our favorite chinese restaurant.
I am so appreciative of my family and David for supporting me and helping me through the nursing program. It was a period of a lot of growth for me and new things including a surgery and finding I had hypothyroidism. I have loved my experiences at BYU-Idaho and will be very sad to leave!
Cutest nursing grad ever! We had a blast zooming down and back to see you graduate!
